Factory Tour Guide Shipping handles more than 2500 shipments each month. We ship using truck freight, Fed Ex and UPS, depending on customer requests and size/weight restrictions. Stockroom- We stock over 3 million dollars in spare parts, with an order first-time fill rate of over 97% each month. Spare Parts- With more than 100 years of service experience our Order Analysts can assist you with your replacement parts orders. See the faces behind your phone calls here. Our Engineers design using the latest 3D Software Applications, allowing for quicker response to our customers changing needs. We do our own design work here at Baumfolder and run a fully equiped Model Shop to help in the development. Our Quality Assurance program here at Baumfolder is key to our commitment to our customers in producing great equipment. Check our our 'clean room'. Our Demo Room & Training Center is set up with equipment to allow us to simulate real customer jobs and train your staff in the proper use and general maintenance of the equipment.
