Baumfolder will confirm your registration and class schedule upon receipt of this form. Make sure you fill this form out completely and indicate which dates you are requesting to attend and be sure you indicate which Product(s) you will be receiving training on. (Note that the days for the current products that have training being offered are on the details page.)

Classes are conducted at the Baumfolder Facility in Sidney, Ohio. Baumfolder will provice lunch for the attendees on the days of the training. Attendees and or their company are responsible for Travel, Hotel Accommodations, and all other expenses.

Baumfolder reserves the right to cancel training classes due to unseen scheduling and or attendance changes one (1) week prior to the date scheduled.
