Rick's Tropical Delight Garlic
with Fresh Horseradish Cocktail Sauce
2 pounds, 25 count shrimp, cleaned & deveined
extra virgin olive oil (is there any other kind)
chopped italian parsley
salt & pepper
place all in gallon size plastic bag. shake it up to coat well. in the cold for at least 4 hours, not more than 4.75 hours. skewer or on vegetable/fish grate at 350 direct for 5 minutes, turning as necessary
fresh horseradish cocktail
3 T fresh prepared horseradish
3/4 c ketchup
1/4 c pace mild salsa
2 T fresh lemon juice (no substitute!)
1 T worcestershire sauce
mix all together in small bowl. serve with garlic shrimp.
plant horseradish in your garden. make sure you put it where you want it because you'll never be able to get rid of it!
dig up horseradish
clean and peel and chop into food processor size.
grind horseradish, add a little water if necessary.
add a T fresh lemon juice (no substitute).
combine all and a couple of your closest friends.
